Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Customers in the European Union have the right to return non-customized products within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU and Polish consumer laws.

  • Products cannot be returned for other reasons, such as buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing, unless covered under the EU right to return.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • Items must not show any signs of use (e.g., stains, odors, or damage from washing).

  • It must be securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If the product is misprinted, damaged or defective, please contact us within 21 days of receiving the product, and we will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

4. Lost or Missing Packages

  • Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 21 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Please contact us immediately if you believe your package is lost, and we will assist you in investigating the issue.

5. Return Process

  • For damaged or defective items, include your order number in the subject line and provide clear photos showing the issue.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We cover shipping costs for returns due to defective or mislabeled products.

  • Other Cases: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless required by local consumer protection laws.

7. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If the return is eligible under the EU right to return, we will refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs, unless the customer opts for an upgraded shipping method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
